The cause of obsessive thinking, or obsessive compulsive disorder, is not fully understood, but several studies have shown that a combination of biological and environmental factors are involved. There is also evidence that people that have obsessive thoughts have a lack of serotonin, a type of neurotransmitter, in their brain...
