Benefits of Meditation
Did You Know... Constant fear and worry is the source of all suffering on this planet?
Doctors used to laugh at the benefits of meditation. However, doctors are waking up and finally admitting there is a mind and body connection. Studies have proven that people who are optimistic and relaxed are healthier and live longer than people that focus on negativity and create a lot of stress. Meditation will teach you to be "still," or in the present moment, which is all we have. When you learn to let go of the past and future and begin to live in the present, amazing things will start happening for you. Its like magic. Meditation is about "going with the flow" of life. When you consistently practice meditation for yourself you will discover how much easier life is when you just "stop resisting." Even if you aren't happy right now, accept where you are. Start meditating for fifteen minutes a day. Look for things to appreciate about your life. Stop having knee-jerk reactions to everything. Focus on what is good right now. Keep hold of your childhood dreams and live with enthusiasm.
