It should also be noted that potatoes, apricots, bananas, yams and cherries are usually not part of juice dieting.

The Essential Reminders Before Juice Dieting

Unless you have done a juice diet before make sure you use the guidance of a professional. This will ensure its effectiveness. When you are juice dieting, you need to drink the juice you make within three days of making it. Most fresh organic juice goes bad within four days.
