Elliptical Machine Benefits
Did You Know... You can burn up to 750 calories per hour on an elliptical machine?
Elliptical machines burn just as many calories as running, without the stress and shock to your joints. If you are out of shape and/or have medical conditions please talk to your doctor to see what exercises would best benefit you and what exercises you should avoid. If you don’t currently exercise you should probably start with light five to ten minute workouts. Then gradually build up to longer, more intense fitness exercises... Always stop if you feel any sharp pain, especially chest pain. And remember to always follow a healthy diet in conjunction with exercise. The Hardest Part The most difficult aspect of beginning an elliptical machine training program is getting enough energy to get over to the machine, get on it and pedal. Once you are on it for a few minutes, however, your energy levels will increase and you will most likely want to continue... Then, after a couple of weeks, when you start to notice the benefits in the mirror you will become motivated to keep exercising everyday. Eventually it will become "part of your day."
