Most people try to look their best by focusing on the outside of their body and putting soaps, creams, and lotions all over their skin. These skin products can help the appearance of your skin, but if you really want your skin to shine and look radiant you need to focus on what you are putting into your body.

 

Most toxins in your body are released through your skin so if your body is filled with harmful chemicals (from eating processed food, drinking alcohol, smoking etc.) it's going to show on your skin as acne, discoloration, blemishes, cellulite, and wrinkles.

 

To look your best you need to get really healthy on the inside. You need to exercise regularly and eat a diet of organic fruits, vegetables, and nuts.

 

Also limit your exposure to direct sunlight, as the sun can cause premature aging. Keep exfoliating your skin and using your favorite natural beauty products, but remember they can only enhance what is already there.
