How To Keep A Healthy Back

You should also see a doctor once a year to have x-rays done. The x-ray equipment at hospitals is usually much better than the one at your chiropractor's office and can show more clearly any abnormalities in the spine.

You must consult with a doctor immediately if you are completely handicapped from your back pain as it may require medical attention and/or more serious treatment, such as surgery.

Believe it or not, your diet plays a huge role in determining the intensity of your back pain. If you eat a diet loaded with processed foods and sugar you will experience more pain than someone who eats a healthy diet of organic fruits and vegetables...
