Did You Know... Anxiety is a symptom of living in a fast paced world
That's all anxiety is; consistent negative thoughts. Stress, sugar, alcohol, nicotine, traumatic events in your life, worry, etc. can all influence your anxiety levels, but no matter how you look at it, anxiety comes from how you think… You can take back control of your life today by realizing that your thoughts determine the way you feel. Just as you were conditioned to think negatively you can turn it around with the proper coaching. It should be noted that in some cases of severe anxiety, where the individual can no longer function in everyday society, medication may be needed temporarily to mask the physical symptoms. Once the individual is physically able to cope with life on medication they can learn the real cause of the anxiety, how to control their thoughts, get off their medication, and get on with their life. Other than these rare cases, we notice that too many people are opting for an expensive prescription to deal with their anxiety long-term. What are you going to do, take a pill for the rest of your life? A prescription drug addiction, monthly medical bills, and further suppressed emotions don't like the formula for happiness.
